The Coachella Valley Cannabis Alliance Network (CVCAN) will hold its 4th Annual Oktoberfest Celebration on Friday, October 18th at Miracle Springs Resort & Spa in Desert Hot Springs. The doors open at 5pm and dinner will be served at 6pm.
